Pictures

A few weeks ago we took Macy to finally have her pictures taken. Seriously I have been that mom.She had professional pictures taken when she was born and besides the pictures I have taken she has not had any others. Sad I know. I got this little red hat at my baby shower from 1 of my moms good friends. I have tried it on her a bunch of times and it has always been too big. So as soon as it fit, I scheduled the appointment for pictures. And they turned out so much better than I had hoped. The tutu she is wearing was a gift from my sister as well at my baby shower. And I knew then as well, that as soon as she fit into the little monogrammed shirt it was time for pics.Hope you enjoy!

9 months old

Here we go again.... This month is a little bitter sweet as it is your last " single digit" month. You are growing up so fast and learning so much each and every day. You love to be down on the floor so you can get in to everything. =) As tiring as it is, its so much fun to watch what you are into next.

What you have been up to this month::

• Pulling up on everything
  

• Cruising down the couch. I can't imagine that walking is to far off.

• Started drinking from a cup this month. Yet you still get your night night bottle before bed.

• Still taking 6 ounces every 4-5 hours.

• Beginning stage 3 foods. I love that you are not really a picky eater at this point.

• Size 3 diapers

• Finally your clothes size matches your age... You are in 6-9 months.

• You "function" really well on a routine. If this varies much, we can definitely tell.
  

• Play Patty Cake

• You love to play peek-a-boo, and think it is the funniest thing ever.

• Still with only 2 bottom teeth.

• You LOVE your bath, and starting to want to play with toys instead of just the water.

Macy,

Moo Bear! You are getting so big so fast.... Please slow down. I know I am going to blink and we will be sending you off to college. You are such a sweet baby and we are beyond blessed to be able to call you our own. I look forward to the next month to see what I will be posting about next time. =)

Well if I have figured 1 thing out over the past month, it would have to be the fact that taking pictures of Macy is getting harder and harder every single day. I mean seriously.........give momma a break kiddo!

8 months old

Oh my goodness.... We have an 8 month old! She has been super busy this past month so I'll get right to it.

STOP!!! I'm 8 Months Old??

• 2 bottom teeth cut, and it looks like the top is on the way!

• Went from "inch worm" crawling to full on crawler

• Can sit up on your own

• Pull to stand

• Mattress was lowered in your crib
  

• Can say Dada

• Will wave Bye-Bye... on your own time and not when we tell you to. ;)

• You LOVE the rain forest Jumper that Nana gave you
  

• Still in size 2 diapers, although 3s are not to far off

• Wore 3-6 and 6 month clothes until the past few days and now you can wear 6-9

• Stage 2 foods, breakfast, lunch and dinner

• 6 ounces formula still every 4 hours. Although some days you will go longer between feedings.

• You finally are napping really well at home however still not so good at the sitters. Which I think is mostly their fault. And momma is NOT happy about it.

Moo Bear you have been SUPER busy over the past month. You have become a whole new little person, and me and daddy have had so much fun watching you grow and learn new things. We are excited to see what you are up to over the next month. I can only imagine that more "baby proofing" is about to take place. =)
